pop singer lead save pakistan rally in lahore

Pakistani pop icon Abrarul Haq led “Save Pakistan” rally from Nasir Bagh to Data Darbar.

People from different walks of life turned out in large numbers to support Haq.

Haq said he is out to save Pakistan and to bring relief for the people from unemployment, loadshedding and inflation.

The Punjab’s capital has become the centre of such campaigns. PML-N is due to take out a rally on October 28 while PTI’s rally is set to be held on October 30.

Party workers and activists are bent upon making the rallies successful.

Banners and posters have been put up around different areas calling for people to attend the rallies.

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
