Pakistan Muslim League-N Chief Nawaz Sharif Monday said his party extended every possible cooperation to Pakistan People’s Party but the latter totally failed to do a single bit towards delivery of public service.
On the occasion of Chehlum of his uncle Mairajuddin, Nawaz Sharif said possibility of a unification of political forces can not be ruled out on a single agenda of national interest, stressing that all these forces must evolve a consensus on the agenda of country’s future.
He said he would not react in haste to President Asif Ali Zardari’s response to the former’s letter. The matter involves a number of issues, he added.
Nawaz Sharif reiterated that China is Pakistan’s all-weather friend and that he is grateful to the Chinese Premier for the latter’s remarks about the former.
He said it is imperative to chalk out a national agenda for the future of the country on which all the forces are on same page.
